Saskia de Rothschild, Chairwoman of DBR Lafite, is joined by Jean-Jacques Dubourdieu, winegrower and owner of Château Doisy Daëne, who also serves as President of the Sauternes and Barsac appellation. Alongside them, Mathieu Crosnier, Director of Rieussec — an estate located at the heart of the appellation — shares his perspective on the evolving identity of these wines.
