"Val de L'Ours" ("Bear Valley") is the etymological meaning of "Aussières"; in the past, this mountainous, hilly region, covered with forest and Mediterranean scrubland (garrigue), was inhabited by bears.
Val de l’Ours Chardonnay is selected by the Aussières' technical team for its balance, the freshness of its fruit and its supple structure.
