Aussières Syrah-Mourvedre is a typically Mediterranean blend, which combines two of southern France's classic grape varieties.
The Mourvèdre enhances the Syrah with its powerful tannins and density which are particularly evident in the length on the palate, and spicier, more local flavours than would be obtained with Cabernet Sauvignon.
