Saga, Bordeaux red
Vintage 2007
After a miserable summer with little sunshine, September and October were amazingly hot and dry, saving the vintage and erasing the ill-fated effects of the poor summer. This unexpected arrival of good weather was of great advantage to the Cabernet Sauvignon. More than ever, the quality of the terroir, the careful tending of the vines and strict selection during the harvests were crucial in making good wines.
Colour: Crimson with good intensity.
Nose : Dense and aromatic driven by toasted aromas and dark fruits (blackcurrant).
Palate: Ample and fleshy at first with good sugar levels. It is a powerful wine with a long toasted and spicy finish.
