Saga Bordeaux white
Accompanied by breaded prawns

Ingredients
- 16 large frozen raw prawns
- 50g (2oz) flour
- 1 egg
- 10cl (4 fl oz) milk
- 1 packet “OTTOGI BREAD CRUMBS” (from Asian grocery stores)
- 1 small bottle sweet chili sauce (from Asian grocery stores)
- Salt
- Frying oil
For 4 persons Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 2 minutes
The recipe:
Defrost the prawns. Beat the milk and egg. Shell the prawns leaving the tails, roll them in the flour then in the milk-and-egg mixture and finally cover them with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry the prawns for 2 minutes, drain them on kitchen paper, season with salt. Serve immediately with chilli sauce.
The wine:
A fresh wine, with very acidulous notes of citrus and tropical fruit. The crunchy fried breadcrumbs together with the sweet-and-sour sauce bring out its wonderful aromas.
