Légende Médoc
Accompanied by chicken skewers

Ingredients
- 4 filets of chicken (150 G each)
- 1 tablespoon mild paprika
- 1 teaspoon Espelette pimento powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 Greek yoghurt
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
For 4 persons Preparation time: 15 minutes (2 hours resting time) | Cooking time: 15 minutes
Mix the spices with the yoghurt and season with pepper.
Largely dice the filets of chicken and place into a dish. Add the spiced yoghurt and blend well so that each piece is covered with the sauce. Leave to marinate for 2 hours in the fridge, stirring from time to time.
Remove part of the sauce from the chicken and place 3 pieces on each wooden skewer.
Heat the cast-iron grill, cook the skewers on a high heat, making sure that each side is browned.
Serve with yoghurt blended with mint and fresh coriander.
