Légende Bordeaux White
Accompanied by Ceviche of Sea Bass

Ingredients
- 200 g fillet of very fresh sea bass
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small piece fresh ginger
- 2 spring onions
- juice of one lemon
- juice of one lime
- olive oil, salt and pepper
For 4 persons Preparation time: 30 mnMarinade: 1 h
Peel and remove the seeds from the pepper, cut it into very thin slices using a mandolin or a peeler. Peel and slice the avocado, garlic, ginger and onions. Cut the sea bass into small pieces. Mix all of the ingredients with the lemon and lime juice and the coriander leaves. Season with salt and pepper, cover with olive oil and marinate for one hour in the fridge.
