Saga Médoc
Accompanied by wok-fried slices of beef with bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and cumin

Ingredients
- 600 g skirt steak
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 red peppers
- 4 soup spoons of olive oil
- 1 soup spoon of cumin

For 4 persons Preparation time: 15 minutes | Cooking time: 12 minutes
Cut the steak into thick strips.
Rinse the peppers, cut them in half and remove the seeds.
Cut into slices.
Rinse the tomatoes and cut them in half.
Heat the oil in the wok.
Fry the peppers for two or three minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
When they have caramelized, add the cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with cumin and mix everything together.
Cook for five minutes.
Finally add the strips of beef and cook for three to five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately with a glass of Saga Médoc.
