Saga Bordeaux Rouge
Accompanied by mini-kebabs

For 8 small kebabs:
- 8 cubes of beef
- 8 small balls of mozzarella
- 4 thin slices smoked bacon
- 8 Paris mushrooms
- 50 ml soy sauce
For 4 persons Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 3 minutes
Marinate the cubes of beef in the soy sauce for ten minutes.
During this time, roll each mozzarella ball in half a slice of smoked bacon.
Peel the mushrooms.
Insert the skewers into these ingredients, making 8 kebabs.
Drain the beef and divide it between the 8 kebabs.
Cook for three or four minutes on a barbecue, or in a frying pan on high heat, or under a grill.
Serve your mini kebabs while still warm as an aperitif snack, with a glass of Saga Bordeaux Rouge.
