Los Vascos, Rosé
Vintage 2011
2011 was characterized by low temperatures and a lack of precipitations. Those climatic conditions brought remarkable aromas and balanced acidity to the wines.
Temperatures were moderate and favoured balanced phenolic maturation (considering sugar and acidity levels).
This Rosé wine has a bright red robe and fresh fruit aromas, including cherries, raspberries, pomegranates and red plums. Fresh and gentle on the palate. Intense finish.
It should be drunk as soon as possible to appreciate its youth. Excellent choice as an aperitif or as pairing for moderately spicy preparations like gazpacho, pizza or paella.
Best served cold between 11-13ºC.
