Aussières’ Chardonnay is a limited production of only a few hectares, with the aim to produce a fresh, delicate wine with harmonious fruity aromas. Located on the coldest part of the vineyard, the parcels are cultivated using modern methods: cover crop between rows to help control vine vigour and drip irrigation in order to optimise the ripening of the grapes in a region where summer drought can sometimes cause great damage.
