Aussières Red combines the density and elegance of the Cabernet Sauvignon with the strength of the Syrah to create a fresh, full-flavoured, expressive balance. An harmonious blend of the star grape varieties of Aquitaine and the Mediterranean, the wine combines the older, classic tradition of Bordeaux with the more recent and more open style of the Languedoc.
