Christophe Salin interviewed by Frédéric Durand-Bazin on Figaro.fr
Christophe Salin is the Managing Director of Domaines Barons de Rothschild. His flagship is of course Château Lafite Rothschild, but it is hard not be impressed by the other ships in the fleet: Duhart Milon in Pauillac, l'Evangile in Pomerol, Rieussec in Sauternes and, outside of Bordeaux, Château d'Aussières in the Languedoc, and estates in Chile and Argentina. Christophe Salin’s new challenge is to launch a grand cru that is made in China.
