Vintage 2009
Spring season had been rather cool and humid. We had to wait until June 15th to register warmer temperatures. Since then, daily temperatures were very pleasant and nights were characterized by coolness.
Colour: some golden glints
On the nose, aromas of grapefruit, white peach and orange blossom.
In the mouth, the attack is straight and full. The aromas of Sauvignon are very expressive but we also feel the strength of the Sémillon that is going to develop.
This wine should not be served too chilled in order to preserve its aromatic qualities.
