Vintage 2007
May to August was very rainy. By the end of August the maturity of the grapes was low but fortunately the very sunny weather during the first fortnight of September allowed the grapes to reach good ripening levels. The cool summer also preserved the aromas and characteristics of the grape varieties.
Beautiful golden straw colour. Plenty of freshness with aromas of grapefruit and dominated by lychee. A lively attack on the palate bringing out the same sensations. The long finish is accompanied by tropical fruit notes and is a perfect reflection of Sauvignon.
