Château Peyre-Lebade
Haut Médoc
Vintage 2007
After a wet and cool summer, luckily the month of September was dry until the end of the harvest, enabling picking to be carried out in good conditions.
Nose: fresh red fruit, cherry, raspberry with hints of liquorice and spice.
Palate: round attack, rather supple tannins, relatively fresh and flavoursome.
Ageing potential: although pleasant to drink from 2010-2011, it will benefit from being laid down for a few years in the cellar and this vintage can be kept for about 8 to 10 years.
