Baron de Milon
Baron de Milon comes from a selection that takes place during the blending, it has the same base as the “Grand Vin”, Château Duhart-Milon. Baron de Milon has several characteristics similar to the fine wine, but its structure is lighter and its time of ageing in barrels is shorter, which means it has lesser potential for ageing (In general, the grapes are from the youngest part of the vineyard). It must be consumed younger than its more robust counterpart.
